When orders are placed online they are automatically sent to Vendors for processing, which means a majority of orders will be process within 24 hours or within the next business day. Your shipping total is based on the entire weight of the shipment and your destination; the cost will be displayed with your merchandise total at checkout. (To obtain an actual shipping estimate; add product to cart, go to checkout, enter billing/shipping information, click checkout button and your shipping total will be displayed.)
Please note that delivery times refer to shipping transit times, not order processing time. Various products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, these products may take additional time. Be assured we process and ship our orders with an expedited approach.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express however smaller items may be shipped via US Postal Service. If the USPS does not deliver to your home or business please include both your "street address" and "US Postal Service address".
** International delivery times do not include the time for processing your order through customs. International shipping charges do include duties and taxes.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping times may vary in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures. Any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Current pricing is always displayed with the product listing in US dollars. Ergobuyer may occasionally provide special offers, such as sale pricing, free shipping, coupons, or other discount purchase options. Generally only shipments within Arizona are subject to a sales tax. Occasionally if products are shipped and received within the same state, a sales tax may be charged. We will contact you before the order is shipped to discuss the state sales tax to be charged.
Ergobuyer accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Bank Wire Transfers are available for our International Customers. Purchase orders are accepted for pre-approved purchasing accounts.

Product purchased through Ergobuyer may be returned within 30 days of the sale for a refund of the original purchase amount, including any applicable tax. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Product must be returned in “new condition” in the original packaging with the owners’ manual, warranty and any additional accessories included. A return authorization number (RA#) is required. (Click here to complete your Return Authorization form.) We will email a copy of your Return Authorization form with your RA#, which must be included in your return shipment.
